Laughter Is The Best Medicine

Sometimes all we need is a good laugh!  Being silly and laughing is a great stress reliever, especially during this stressful period of time during the Corona Virus pandemic.  It’s important for your own mental health and well-being!

Kids and grown ups alike can benefit from taking a mental break to relax and appreciate the silly things in life whether it’s watching funny videos, reading silly stories or goofing around at home.

I couldn’t help but laugh when I watched these videos of how other folks around the world were managing the “shelter in place” and “social distancing” precautions.

Isn’t it amazing that even if you’re in quarantine, you can still connect and share some virtual laughs together?

Believe it or not, for the sake of our mental health, this is a time for connecting, creativity and even humor.  🥰

As they saying goes, “Laughter is the best medicine.”

… The truth is, a good laugh not only has great short-term effects to lighten your mental load, it also induces physical changes in your body and soothes tension.
